Unless you request otherwise, we'll use regular mail without any of the optional extras (tracking etc.), so we can't really be responsible for orders getting lost in the mail etc. Allow 3 business days if you're within WA, 7 if you're elsewhere in Australia, and a few weeks if you're overseas.
